PHYSICAL COPIES: We ship packages from our home so if we are touring, we will get them out to you as soon as we return. Most shipments go out the same day or next.

DOWNLOADS: We will email you a URL and a unique 16 digit download number. This is not an automated process. Look for that email later in the day.
